About Massage Therapy -
There are many reasons for massage therapy. Sports massage benefits your health and fitness both before and after participating in
sports events.
Many people seek massage therapy regularly to help them perform their best
and reach personal goals.
Massage helps break the pain cycle for those with chronic pain. Always look for and seek to treat the root cause of your pain.
At the same time, you can use massage to directly affect how you
experience chronic, persistent pain.
Massage can be beneficial for pregnancy, too. It can help prepare for labor, during labor and postpartum.
Hot stone massage has been described as similar to "soaking in a hot tub, only 10 times
better". Stones of varying sizes are placed on body contours
that tend to hold tension. Oiled stones are then used in flowing
strokes to relax the whole body.
We also do parafin treatments and sinus treatments.
